Manoj Kumar Mandelia founded BioQuant IQ in 2025 and leads it as CEO. Manoj studied at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, with a grounding in biotechnology and biochemical engineering. Manoj learned structured problem-solving at a leading global consulting firm, then spent years at Abbott in increasingly senior roles. BioQuant IQ turns that mix of consulting rigour and corporate execution into two products. Both are shaped by Manoj’s advisory work with private equity firms, investment banks and consulting firms. Arena prices every option on a company’s own P&L; Echo builds practice from each person’s real work.
Surina Subramanian is BioQuant IQ’s partner for Echo and is based in Kuala Lumpur. She brings more than 30 years of HR experience, including senior leadership and management roles across Abbott, Wanbury, Inventia, and Larsen & Toubro, alongside consulting work in India and Malaysia. In 2019, she founded Synergence Consulting, focusing on leadership development, executive coaching, performance management, OKRs, and HR transformation. At BioQuant IQ, Surina brings her experience across HR, leadership, and transformation into Echo, connecting real workplace challenges with measurable capability development.
JiHyun Kim is BioQuant IQ’s partner for Arena and is based in Seoul, with a presence in Singapore. She brings more than 30 years of commercial leadership across Asia-Pacific, spanning nine industries and eleven markets, including General Manager and country P&L leadership roles, alongside major commercial transformation mandates, at global pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott, Allergan and AstraZeneca. In 2025, she founded JiHyun & Company, focusing on commercial execution, enterprise-value growth, and CEO advisory for growth-stage businesses and their investors. At BioQuant IQ, she brings that experience into Arena, connecting strategic decisions with measurable enterprise value, where every option is priced on the company’s own P&L.
Sourav Dutta is an advisor to BioQuant IQ. Sourav is Chief Growth Officer at Cactus Life Sciences in Mumbai, where he heads New Solutions and AI Transformation, is building the company’s AI platform, and leads Strategy and M&A for the entire Cactus Group. He previously worked at the Tata Group and Strategy&, where he learnt first-principles problem solving, scaling up solutions, and closing the gap between strategy, decision making and operationalising strategy. Sourav specialises in transformations and turnarounds, growth strategy, and mergers and acquisitions. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
Why we exist
Both products start from the same belief: performance changes when the operating context and human behaviour are brought into the same frame. We call it System × People. Three ideas run through everything we build.

Arena by BioQuant IQ runs the Arena Sprint: a facilitated two-day decision sprint where every option is priced live on the company’s own P&L. The room leaves with a ranked plan, named owners, KPIs and a 90-day execution rhythm.
Echo
Echo by BioQuant IQ is an AI practice and simulation platform for measurable people development, built from each person’s real work. Anyone can try a free personal Echo built around their own work.
How we handle data
Client data is never used to train public or third-party AI models, and clients own the outputs. The Trust Center explains where data lives, what each product measures and how long data is kept. The Privacy Policy has the full detail.
